Update 3/16/20-3/27/20

We hope this message finds everyone safe and well during this trying time.

Our Contractor paused work at the site on 3/17 to evaluate the Alameda County "shelter in place" order issued Monday. Work resumed at the site on Wednesday 3/18 consistent with what is now an Executive order from the Governor issued 3/19, Alameda County's "shelter" order, and the City of Emeryville's guidance that housing construction is deemed to be critical/essential infrastructure.

Work on site this week has included installing ground improvements under the foundation area for Building B2. Our Contractor plans to continue this work next week along with rough grading, and import of base rock and export of stockpiled soils.

Please keep in mind we are required to run street sweepers on adjacent city streets along our haul route during soil off-haul activities as follows:

  • During heavy off-haul activity - 7am - 5pm.
  • During minimal off-haul activity – 12pm-5pm.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions.
