The buildings are surrounded with generous public open spaces including a 1.5 acre public park. Significant onsite private amenities for its residents include a club room, co work space, pool/spa, and generous private outdoor lounge space. The development preserves the Sherwin Williams Paint Factory office building which is one of the last historic brick facade buildings in Emeryville, and provides significant community benefits including many public works projects to beautify and enhance the surrounding streets and neighborhood.
